All communications with customers and prospective customers can be
stored within the CRM facility in NetFreight so that a full history can
be seen by the user.If a follow-up is required, then the user can enter a reminder within NetFreight to prompt the user when the time comes.
In addition there is an internal messaging facility within the CRM function in NetFreight to alert other individual users or groups of users by department, branch office or company.
