Getting Started

This helpguide has been written for the benefit of all Impatex customers using Netfreight. First and foremost we would like to give you a brief description on navigation around this part of the website. As you will notice you have navigated to this helpguide from the main impatex site, however you willl notice that the menus along the top bar have changed slightly. You will notice that the first option on the menu bar will take you back to the main impatex site. The rest of the menus have been segregated so that the user can find help on a particular subject within the system without having to navigate through the whole helpguide.

On this help site you the users have access to a wealth of information on how to use the system, you have a number of online demo's that will give short videos on how to do simple tasks within the system, this is quite useful for those users that like to see and be shown how to use something rather than reading through a help guide and trying to figure out how to use it for yourself.

So in essence if you are looking for assistance on doing a customs entry in Netfreight then you should start by navigating to the "UK Customs" tab where you will find more detailed information for both import and export customs entrys within Netfreight, and so on.
