Via Airport (2) - If this is on multi flights complete accordingly
Via Airport (3) - If this is on multi flights complete accordingly
Ship Terms HAWB- Shipment Terms i.e FOB (Free On Board)
HAWB Issuing Agent - As a default the system will print your details in this box unless you complete this box with address details.
Insurance Amount - Only complete if you want the Airline to do the insurance and enter the amount to insureCustoms Value - This appears on the right of the AWB under the Accounting info and often N.V.D is used
Declared Value - This appears on the right of the AWB under the Accounting info and often N.V.D is used
Handling Information - Handling info, this will print in the centre of the AWB, Press F2 to select from some stored details
No of Pieces - This is the number for the whole AWB.
Gross Weight - Weight for the whole AWB.
Rate Class - IATA Rate Class Code, this can be looked up in the IATA book and is normally Single Alpha.
Commodity - IATA Commodity, this can be looked up in the IATA book, this is normally a combination of four Numbers.
Charg Wt - This is the chargeable weight, you can use the Vol. Cal button on the right to calculate this or free type
Rate - Rate for the Airway Bill
Freight (Total) - This is the amount (total) of the chargeable weight and the rate
Desc and Dimms - Description of goods and the Dimms
Package Type - Type of package for the print-out (i.e Cartons)
Marks and Numbers - Details for the Prints
Tariff Notes - Notes
Charges at bottom
This screen is for completing the charges that print on the AWB in the bottom left area. You have a HAWB and MAWB. If you have completed charges on the charges tab like "War Risk" you can Auto Generate by clicking on the button, and then changing any charges accordingly. If charges haven't been completed on the previous page you can add at the bottom of this screen. Click on "New" and add the charges by hand
